My Verdict & Experience:
Today’s “All rise” theme immediately brought courtroom drama to mind – judges, juries, and tense trials. Despite this, spotting the initial words proved elusive, prompting me to use one hint. BAIL was the first word I uncovered, which didn’t fully crack the case, but finding COURTROOM definitely opened up the board significantly.
After a run of somewhat easier puzzles, this Strands felt like a more moderate challenge. OBJECTION was the final word to fall, and it took a bit of mental gymnastics to untangle the anagram and connect those tricky letters.
The Spangram, YOUR HONOR, also cleverly serves as the title of a TV series. The show kicks off with an excellent first episode centered around a crime, a compromised judge, and the concoction of an ALIBI – though, one might say the jury’s still out on the rest of the series!
